Program Latihan

Sling Exercise Therapy

Sling Exercise training is used to improve muscle’s ability to adapt against stimulation and assessment for both inner and outer muscles. This training helps in strengthening the muscles, sensory motor skill, and spine and joint stabilization.

Biodex is used to train the shoulder, arm, elbow, hand, wrist and ankle. This tool provides accurate description on the condition of the patient during training and post-training.

3D-Newton Stability Test & 3D-Newton Spain Stability Training

This is 3 Demention Rotational Exercise against Gravity. This tool functions to determine the strength of the muscles of the spine, to detect whether there is muscle imbalance of the spine and spinal stability using gravity and 3D movement that keep the spine in place.

Walking Traction

Walking Traction is used in reducing acute and chronic by reducing pressure on the disc. This situation allows an exchange of the disc fluid and raises the range of motion (ROM) of the spine.

Lying Static Bike Training

This tool helps the patient to do warm up and down exercise, It will be more comfortable for patient because of lying position.
